About:
This Blood Cancer Awareness Month, we’re going loud with Know Your Nodes — our boldest campaign yet to get people checking their lymph nodes and recognising the signs of lymphoma.
Why? Lymphoma is one of the most common cancers in young people, but too often it’s missed. Early diagnosis saves lives — but you can’t spot it if you don’t even know where to check.
That’s where this campaign comes in. We’re calling on the OMBLES to help us turn lymph node checking into something loud, visual, and impossible to ignore. Your posters should encourage people to check their lymph nodes — because swollen lymph nodes are the most common symptom of lymphoma, and can be felt in the neck, collarbone, armpits, and groin.
Just like checking your balls or your boobs, we want checking your nodes to become the norm.
And we hope you’ll go all-out to create the most creative, eye-catching, and brave ideas to bring our brief to life! We’re looking for powerful, playful, and fun messages that could genuinely save lives. Let’s turn Know Your Nodes into a new movement.

Mission, Vision, Values
Our mission Lymphoma Out Loud was founded by Charlotte after she was diagnosed with incurable lymphoma in her twenties. Her story is why Lymphoma Out Loud exists. It’s why we fight to make lymphoma impossible to ignore. It’s why we shout loudly about the signs and symptoms, so others don’t face the same delays to diagnosis.
We exist to make sure everyone knows the signs and symptoms of lymphoma. We educate, raise awareness, and empower people to be body brave, seek help sooner, and live well with or beyond a diagnosis.
Our vision A world where everyone knows the word lymphoma, recognises the signs, and is never dismissed as “too young” to have cancer — and where checking your lymph nodes is second nature.
