One Minute Brief WINNERS: Advertise the Lottery

One Minute Brief WINNERS:
Advertise the Lottery

Great entries for a subject I'm sure we'd all love to win. It has actually made me want to put the lottery on this week and I never do so the ads are working!

Today we have two winners. Both very different.

The first is Phil Waddicor @PWCFreelance with his thought bubbles ad and our second winner is Emmy Smith @emmylupin with the hand/logo concept.

We like Emmy's entry as she wasn't going to enter until we asked her if she had a pen. She then sent this in. It goes to show that you can have an idea anywhere, any place. You don't need a Mac...or even paper. Just get it down. The use of a real hand as the logo works really well too and with a few changes could make for a really strong visual ad.

Let us know your thoughts below or tweet us.

See you tomorrow. We're off to buy tonight's ticket. If you don't hear from us we've bought a yacht and sailed to Australia.

One Minute Brief WINNERS:
Advertise the Pub
After a sunny bank holiday and recovery from being in the pub. What a great brief to start the week with! Some great ideas as usual. Some quality ideas that pubs should be using as the pub trade struggles but never seems to advertise.

The two winners today are Jamie Axford @jimbobaggins75 with a cheeky dig at Google and Dannielle Wood @danniyelldesign with her brilliant insight of 'Always there for you'. Both very different approaches to the same brief with them one showing humour and one showing an emotive side. Both of these work well for a pub environment.

Hope you enjoyed taking part today.

We're off to the pub for a sambuca or 9.

See you in the morning. No hangovers please.

One Minute Brief WINNERS:
Advertise Breast Implants

Lovely subject for today's One Minute Brief. Hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did.

We were offering a free breast measurement service by myself and James to the winners today so it was great to see the enthusiastic response.

After the votes have all come in we have ended up with 3 winners.

In no particular order we have 'Wunderbar' by Stephen Hunter @StephenHunter21 with this fantastic parody ad.

'Getting you from A to D' by Ellie @EleanorGraceMc which shows that you don't need a Mac to have a great idea. First time of winning too.

And another winner is Sammy Ryder @TheIdeaWard with 'If Plan A isn't working' which is a clever ad and one of the few that actually showed breasts which is always a plus ;)

Thanks once again for a great week full of amazing ideas.

See you all again on Tuesday. Have great bank holidays!

One Minute Brief WINNER:
Advertise Wi-Fi

Thanks for all the great entries today. Lots of similar ideas. Great minds think alike?...Or do we need to think even more differently?

Like the winner of today's brief did with this entry using trainers in a sky. Sometimes using an object totally different to the brief make for a really clever and effective ad.
Today's winner is Tony Simmons @tonysimmons who is another one of our friends from Australia. How amazing is it that we are all working on the same brief across the world!

Well done everyone!

See you tomorrow for the Fun Friday Brief ;)

One Minute Brief WINNERS:
Advertise Kebabs

Crazy day yesterday travelling around London in meetings all day until late meant we couldn't upload all of the day's entries until midnight. So we are posting the winner now after our votes this morning.

The good thing about it going up so late was that our Australian follower @Dr_Draper got to vote!

Some really funny entries and great clever ads for a subject that never gets advertised! Why not print your ad off and show your local kebab house?

The two winners are Stephen Hunter @StephenHunter21 with the 'Doner Card Lifesaver' which is a hilarious ad that is clever at the same time and @thescampfactory for this funny ad about dress code.

We hope you'll all agree on these two being the winners.

We'll have today's brief up soon!

One Minute Brief WINNERS:
Advertise a Magician

Superb set of ideas today. A lot of these ads could be run or used as self promotion for magicians. If you have any magician friends then why not send them your ads?

Two winners today going of the most votes. As happened yesterday, one of our own creative team Nick @BOC_ATM wins with this take on an Adidas ad 'Impossible is Everything'.

The other winner is Ryan Wallman aka @Dr_Draper returning to top form with this brilliant line 'Deceptively entertaining'

The overall standard of ideas continues to rise. We hope that it is helping you improve the way you work for real. We'd love to hear if you think that this is the case for you. Comment below or tweet us. Do OMBs help to improve your creativity? Talk to us @OneMinuteBriefs

One Minute Brief WINNERS:
Advertise Coffee

Quantity and quality with today's efforts from everyone involved. Some brilliant ideas that could quite easily run as ads and win awards.

The one that actually received the most votes was our very own James' @BOC_ATM effort 'Tired' with the coffee bean eyes but the one that stood out to us was this fantastic concept from Jay Sangha @Jay_Pegg 'Getting you Ready for work'

Make sure you comment below or tweet us your thoughts on the winners and join us again tomorrow.

Thanks everybody. I'm off for a cup of tea.

One Minute Brief WINNERS:
Advertise SEX

Well we definitely had fun looking through all of the fantastic entries today!

Although we were very surprised as the ideas were less rude than the ones we get for everyday household objects!

Special mention to the entry advertising Sex as the second best thing to do in a minute behind One Minute Briefs!

Anyway, today we have 5 winners! All fantastic ads with some humour and cleverness in them.

In no particular order we have:

Ed @Special_Ed with a 'fucking. brilliant.' line.

Samantha Ryder @sammyryder1 with 'Just Do It' Great Parody.

Rob Gorton @robertgorton with 'Now you see it now you don't'...good humour.

Steven Eamon @StevenEamon with 'where would we be without it' ...serious but a great truth.

Larner Caleb @LarnerC with 'better than' ...very clever

Well done to everyone involved. Go and have some sex to celebrate.

One Minute Brief WINNERS:
Advertise an Electrician

Lots of ideas sent in today. Special mention for Chris Millar and Ryan Cordell as they sent in a number of entries but just missed out on being the winners today.

Our two winners have won previously. In fact, Gareth won yesterday! He's getting greedy now! And Stephen has only just returned from holiday! Good effort.

Stephen Hunter @StephenHunter21 wins with this transparent honest ad with a twist that tells you their service.

Gareth Alvarez @alvo_muses wins with a religious approach which we think could make a brilliant campaign!

Thanks to everyone who got involved.

Make sure you check out tomorrow's VERY fun Friday Brief!

One Minute Brief WINNER: Advertise the Man City Manager Job

One Minute Brief WINNER:
Advertise the Man City Manager Job
Interesting topic today so soon after we had the brief to advertise the Man United Manager's Job. Some great insights and funny ads.

Also noticeable was how much more negatively the City job is seen in comparison to the United one. This in itself could lend itself to the way we advertise. Should we take ourselves away from any negativity associated with a product or service or exploit it to create great ads? Would be great to get your comments below on this or tweet us.

The winner today uses the once in a blue moon idea being not enough.

Loved it. Simple, insightful and true. Great ad. Today's winner is Gareth Alvarez @alvo_muses

Thanks everyone. See you tomorrow. xxx
