Great brief for something that gets forgotten about a lot these days but is something we all know and love.

Fantastic entries with great ideas in them but it's a no-brainer today. Rich Edwards @collect_studio wins with his campaign for 'every bag tells a story'. This needs to be made.

What do you all think?

Also, anyone at Salford Uni's Creative Degree Show tonight? Let us know and come and say hi.

Thank You

Thank You:

Today we passed 3000 followers on our Twitter feed.

We value every single one of you and just wanted to say a special thank you for your continued support and contribution to our project. We couldn't do it without you.

During the last few months we have seen a dramatic improvement in the quality of the ideas that are sent in. Some of the winners are of award-winning standard. For this reason we are looking into incorporating an award ceremony into our One Minute Briefs event.

We want to make this event happen this year. We will be hiring out a good old fashioned pub with plenty of beer for us all along with lots of live one minute competitions, live music, one minute book crits, one minute drink downing tournaments and awards for the best work we have received this year. We think it will be brilliant. It will be held in Manchester. We need numbers so if you can tweet us @OneMinuteBriefs or even better e-mail us at interest@bankofcreativity.co.uk with your interest then we can get a preliminary list together. If we get enough we will go ahead and do it. Creatives, students, friends etc are all welcome so tell everyone about it and let us know!!

We are also at D&AD New Blood in a few weeks so if you're going. Please let us know as we'd love to feature you at our stand.

The image below was sent in to us as part of today's brief to advertise Manchester by David Webb @Wavey_Gravy and, although it didn't win, we loved it as it shows a great appreciation for what we are trying to do. We believe that One Minute Briefs can continue to help people improve their creative instinct and their work so let's all keep up the good work and get it to 4000 soon!

Thanks again!

Nick and James
