One Minute Brief WINNERS: Advertise Hump Day
One Minute Brief WINNERS:
Advertise Hump Day
After learning what Hump Day was this morning, it just had to be today's brief! We like setting briefs for things that would never get advertised as it produces such interesting and unique results.
Winners today are:
@chorles with a fun Crunchie in sight visual.
@supercoolkp with 'all downhill from here' Not often you hear that as a positive!
@garrickmidd with a nice typographic idea. What's that coming over the hill?
@pennyjanex with 'Mount the week' Bit of a cheeky one but we liked it.
@gazzamatazzzz with a great visual with the light at the end of the tunnel. It looks like a pint of beer at the end. Was that intentional? Tweet us.
@doritosyndrome with a nice recruitment idea building up on the current 'Love Mondays' concept. Great thought.
Well done all.
One Minute Brief WINNERS: Advertise Passwords
One Minute Brief WINNERS:
Advertise Passwords
After talking about passwords and Password1 being the most popular we thought it would make a great brief. Hopefully it has helped people to rethink their password policies and you all use strong passwords!
Some great ideas on show today.
@jtotheb123_ with 'pasSWORD' Could be an interesting campaign in this.
@gulzarrrr with 'what gets harder when it gets longer' Fantastic advert for Pornhub
@chrisod1993 with a brilliant FB logo/key hybrid.
@GarrickMidd with a nice campaign about password strength. Great visuals.
@phoeberees1 with 'geek proof' Another campaignable though and different to the rest.
@matthew__wyatt with a great simple line 'Safety in Numbers'
@stewallan with the typing bar in a no entry sign. Stunning visual.
Well done all!!

One Minute Brief WINNER: Advertise One Minute Briefs are on Facebook
One Minute Brief WINNER:
Advertise One Minute Briefs are on Facebook
We were very impressed by the entries to this brief. It showed the tremendous support you all give to One Minute Briefs and being able to do briefs like this means we can make the community even stronger by using OMB in different ways. Facebook is a place where content can be shared very quickly so if work is shared on there too you have a big chance of getting it seen by a lot of people. Especially if it is topical. Therefore, we'd like you to interact more and share more on Facebook aswell as Twitter. Who knows the opportunities it could bring for you...
Like us at https://www.facebook.com/OneMinuteBriefs and get commenting and sharing!
The ideas in response to the brief were fantastic and on any other day we'd have lots of winners. However, one really stood out to us as a stunning idea that captured what we are all about in a brilliantly simple way.
The winner is @pw_bond with 'Ad Friend'
One Minute Brief WINNER: RIP Robin Williams Posters
One Minute Brief WINNER:
RIP Robin Williams Posters
Another stunning tribute created by the OMB community today for a legendary actor and person. It was very sad news to hear and it is great that we can use our creativity to share our thoughts about Robin Williams.
Today is probably the first time this has ever happened, but the win has gone to us at @BOC_ATM. It's very rare we give ourselves a win...and even rarer that we are the only winner. However, the votes were heavily in this poster's favour. It's much appreciated. There were lots of fantastic ideas out there today. Well done to all!
One Minute Brief WINNER: Advertise Binoculars
One Minute Brief WINNER:
Advertise Binoculars
Lots of amazing entries today with some worthy winners for a brilliant product. However, one stood out from the rest and the votes reflected this.
@paperjamcreate with a fantastic ambient media idea. Would love to see more of these in a campaign. It also shows that not every idea to win an OMB has to be a poster although it's usually the best place to start. It's all about the start of an idea.
Well done to everyone!
One Minute Brief WINNERS: Advertise Sofabeds

@erick_UO with 'Buy sofa...get bed free' Great campaignable thought.
@misterdjc with 'transfoamers' Another big idea that could extend to different medias.

One Minute Brief WINNERS: Campaign for or against #BorisJohnson to be Prime Minister
One Minute Brief WINNERS:
Campaign for or against #BorisJohnson to be Prime Minister
We ran this brief in response to the news that Boris Johnson is considering running for Parliament and eventually wants to be considered for Prime Minister. So we opened it up for or against this happening and the results were brilliant and well divided.
@matthew__wyatt with 'on your bike Boris' Nice copy.
@cogdissdesign with 'this man wants to run our country' A clever idea as it leave the opinion up to the person looking at the ad and is stronger for it.
@suchand_such with 'Be More Boris' Great parody ad that could be a great campaign idea.
@misterdjc with 'unconservative' Brilliant sketch and line.
@chorles using what many used as a negative to say something positive. He did look very silly but you can't argue with how patriotic it was!
Well done everyone.
