Why we need your creativity:

IceBreakers is a men’s community built around cold water, heat and shared challenge. We help men face the difficult stuff together by doing something slightly difficult every week. Dipping is the doorway to connection. Posters are often the first thing a man sees before taking that brave first step, so your ideas genuinely help men find community, confidence and headspace.

This campaign matters because thousands of men feel isolated, stressed or stuck and don’t know where to turn. A single poster on a noticeboard, gym wall or lamppost could be the thing that gets them into the water and into a supportive circle.

About IceBreakers:

IceBreakers chapters meet weekly across the UK. Dips are free. They are run by trained volunteer leaders who create safe, welcoming spaces. We avoid macho nonsense. We focus on nature, breath, warmth, honesty and showing up for each other. No experience needed. Just curiosity and a towel.

Our legacy so far:

In a short time IceBreakers has grown from a few friends in one river to a network of chapters helping hundreds of men every week. We’ve built a strong identity rooted in humour, trust and the simple idea that men can do difficult things together.
